With a variety of home designs and a longstanding reputation, my client are looking for an experienced Estimating Team Leader to manage the production team -currently consisting of 2 individuals but likely to grow over time.


About the Position

Reporting to a friendly and easygoing Operations Manager, duties will include but not be limited to;

• Managing workflow and ensuring it is being completed in a timely manner
• Assisting in improvement and implementation of efficient systems and processes
• Developing and maintaining the pricing catalogue
• Training and development of staff

About You

We are seeking someone who is driven, motivated and has had experience in a similar capacity. We are looking for;

• 5 + years experience estimating
• MUST have experience estimating large townhouse projects
• Strong Databuild knowledge
• Management experience would be highly regarded
• Team oriented with a can do attitude
• Driven, organised and ready to take the next step in your career
