The Position

• Working closely with the Director to bring all drafting functions in-house (currently outsourced to other agencies)
• Head designer/draftsperson taking clients through concept design and then drafting
• Eventually being in a position to lead a team - training up junior draftspeople whilst you focus on concept design and front end processes
• AutoCAD/ArchiCAD or Revit experience - software to match the perfect candidate for the job

Applicants Key Assets

We are looking for an experienced drafting designer with a proven record of success, who has a real passion for the home building industry. The ideal applicant will have considerable experinence in drafting and conceptual design work, and have a real knack for sytems and processes.

The right candidate will be highly motivated, humble and driven to succeed by working with the director to bring all drafting functions in house.
