My client, a leading Tier 2 Commercial Construction business with an enviable project portfolio, are hiring a Contracts Administrator for their University and Health projects in Melbourne.


With succinct processes and procedures, established and supportive project teams and a steady flow of Flagship Projects on the books, this is a fabulous role for an experienced CA.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Letting and Vetting of subcontractor packages
  • Progress claims and variations
  • Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts

Key skills required to succeed

  • A strong attention to detail
  • A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge, skills
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator working on large scale commercial projects upwards of $100m in value
  • Experience on a University or Hospital project in the last 5 years
  • Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors in the Tier 2 space
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • A team orientated approach to your work
  • Strong ethics and morals in line with the industry
