About the Company
This builder has been around for 10 + years and specialises in bespoke residential new builds across the affluent inner suburbs of Melbourne. They have experienced stable success year on year and feel it is time to take the next step with their company. They are looking to bring on a senior administrator who shares their passion for delivering breathtaking homes and can add valuable contributions to their companies internal processes and workflows.

About the Position
This newly created position will be a 'wearer of all hats' with scope to have valuable input into the companies internal structure and work processes. There is a lot of room for the right candidate to really make this position their own, and take a front seat in driving this companies success. Duties include but not limited to;

  • Contracts administration management for new projects and variations
  • Applying for permits
  • Procurement
  • Vetting and letting of trades and subcontractors
  • Updating workflow processes within the office to ensure projects are correctly documented and up to date
  • General office and administrative duties


About You

  • You are a driven and motivated person who thrives in an autonomous position
  • You love to be in a supportive position and suit a smaller sized company
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of high-end construction administration experience
  • Expert in office management and have demonstrated your ability to implement new processes
