Role and Responsibilities:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our project delivery team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and administering contracts from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring all contracts comply with VIC building codes, regulations and AS standards
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Preparing and reviewing contract documentation, variations, and progress claims.
  • Assisting with the procurement process and negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Monitoring project budgets and costs to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Providing support to the project management team and contributing to the overall success of our developments.

To Be Considered
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong commercial background with experience in contracts administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of VIC building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Have a calm and friendly demeanour
