Contracts Administrator - Commercial Interiors

One of Melbourne's leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment companies require a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. With works in the hotel, hospitality and commercial office sectors they have an abundance of high quality projects ready to go.

We are a young and growing team with plenty of opportunities for career progression.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Procurement of trade packages and subsequent management
  • Preparation of variations, reconciliations and progress claims
  • Liaising with the project managers, head contractor and associated consultants
  • Oversee the processing and preparation of project and cost reports

You will also require:

  • A relevant tertiary degree or trade qualification
  • Experience working on similar sized projects ($500K - $5M)
  • Proven track record of completed fit-out projects
  • Strong work ethic
  • Exceptional time management skills
