My client is a boutique builder who specialises in breathtaking bespoke, architecturally designed residential projects across the affluent inner suburbs of Melbourne. They have an outstanding reputation in the industry and have had 5 + years of growth / success, which is why they are looking for additional office support in this newly created role.
You will be working closely with the Senior CA and will be the 'go to' person for all active projects. You will have a lot of support and exposure to custom home projects, so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn more about the industry and how to build beautiful bespoke projects. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Organising site folders and updating project folders
- Applying for permits
- Saving quotes
- Updating FFE schedules
- General office duties i.e. ordering stationary, printing etc.
