The Job
Reporting to a supportive and inspiring Team Leader and working with a small team, you will be responsible for presenting contracts and tenders to clients as they embark on their new home owner journey. You will be required to;

• Provide amazing customer service and knowledge by answering client queries throughout the process, specifically contract, soil and survey queries
• Liaising with the relevant departments when issues arise
• Having a thorough understanding of each supplier item
• Updating CRM's and client files accordingly

About You

• 1 + years of previous experience within a similar role in construction is essential
• Must be highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Display a strong work ethic, ability to work independently as well as cohesively within a team environment
• Proactive with a positive can do attitude
• Ability to relate to people of all types and cultures
• MUST HAVE permanent residence
