THE COMPANY

  • Fantastic project portfolio of high spec builds for diverse clients – health, education, federal & state government and other authorities
  • Several projects in the $50m-$100m underway & additional projects in ECI - they are seeking CA’s to bolster the team
 
THE ROLES
  • Intermediate and Senior CA vacancies – you could have a track record on tier 2 projects or seeking a jump up from the tier 3 space.
  • You will be site based on a location to suit, a typical structure on their projects include Senior CA supported by an additional resource with additional SE/PE support
  • Jobpac experience beneficial
  • Tertiary qualifications with stable career history a must
 
THE DUTIES
  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
