A NSW based Fitout Contractor is looking for a Contract Administrator/Assistant Project Manager for a 3 month contract starting beginning of August. The project is a high-end and detailed fitout within a landmark hotel project on the cusp of Melbourne CBD.
The contractor is based out of Sydney, and due to lockdowns and restrictions with travel this person will essentially be the company's representative in Melbourne. Eyes and ears on the ground for head office in NSW.
- On-site daily to attend site meetings, liaise and work closely with the Project Manager
- Liaison with various stakeholders
- Managing defect rectifications process
- Monitoring local Removalist fit-out company
- Assess and process variations and RFI's
- Experience with furniture/joinery trades
- Building Management or related degree
- Proven track record within fitout projects
- Minimum 3 years' experience
