Contract Administrator
Location: CBD
Salary: 130K-180K


My client, a tier 2 builder is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and supporting the set-up of project budgets.
  • Reviewing all contractual conditions, tender documents, and reporting on items of risk with recommendations for action.
  • Coaching and mentoring.
  • Carrying out subcontract, head contract financial and administrative activities of the project.
  • Preparing monthly project cost forecasting and PCG reports.
  • Providing reporting to reflect the financial position of the project

Requirements of the role
  • A minimum of two years experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the commercial construction sector.
  • Degree or diploma qualification in Building and Construction.
  • ​​​​​​​Experience in Cheops and Aconex (preferred but not essential)
  • Fantastic relationship building, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience with design and construct.
