Contract Administrator

Location - South-Eastern Suburbs

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up customer projects
  • Accept contract files from Account Manager and set up projects in Scenario from budget information
  • Preparation and maintenance of progress claims
  • Preparing and issuing Weekly, Mid-Month and End of Month invoicing
  • Raise and process subcontractor payments
  • Maintain daily labour trackers (in Excel)
  • Assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors with daily administration
  • Setting up of orders in scenario and making any necessary changes as the project proceeds
  • Liaise with contract customers and subcontractors
  • Assist branch administrator where possible with information to facilitate the accurate and timely delivery to meet project timelines
  • Other administration duties as required

A bit about you:

  • Experience in contract administration (preferable not essential)
  • Experience working in a warehousing/logistics environment
  • Experience in negotiating with customers and demonstrated ability to achieve beneficial outcomes
  • Highly analytical
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
