Contract Administrator - Dynamic Commercial Builder

• Commercial new build, fitout and refurb Projects up to $10M
• Up to 120K package

My client is a well established Construction Company with down to earth leaders and an excellent portfolio of diverse projects on their books. Due to recent growth and acquisition of several new projects they require a knowledgeable Contract Administrator who has JOBPAC experience to add to their team of professionals.

Necessary Skills:

• A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge, skills
• JOBPAC software experience is required
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Contract Administrator working on commercial projects
• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claims and variations
• Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
• A strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and team orientated
