Contract Administrator required for established Commercial Construction Company

  • Established Construction Company based near the CBD
  • Commercial Projects over $20M
  • Up to 110k package

My client is a well established National Construction Company that produces varied Commercial works up to $100M. Due to recent growth and acquisition of several new projects they require an efficient Contract Administrator to add to their team of professionals.

Necessary Skills:

  • A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge, skills
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator working on commercial projects
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claims and variations
  • Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Jobpac seen as an advantage
  • Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
