Construction Manager

- Annual turn over of approximately $100million, delivering a range of projects such as retail, commercial, institutional and fitouts to $10million.

- Committed to delivering quality projects at the highest safety levels they are fully ISO accredited across multiple levels.

Due to further growth they are looking to a Senior Project manager to their team delivering their fit out and mid range projects.

You will not only be driving some of your own projects, but you will be managing and mentoring a team of young PM's where ultimately it will see you step up into a Construction Manager position and lead this team you will be developing.

As a senior project manager you will be involved with projects from the front end with bid management and tender interviews, through to overseeing all delivery to handover.

You will be joining one of Victoria's most well respected builders (who have won national mutliple employer of choice awards) and setting yourself up with a challenging and developing career.

It is very important you have come from a local Victorian commercial builder showing stability and progression with your last/current employer.

Culture fit and people skills are very important in this role. You must have excellent communication/presentation skills and have the management experience behind you.

You may be currently in a senior project management or construction managers position with a commercial builder, but either way you will be involved with thorough training and support getting you up to speeds with their systems, operations and culture.

You must have experience delivering multiple high pace commercial projects between $100k - $10mil
