Land development is one of the most in demand sectors in Australia. An opportunity is up for a Construction Engineer to make their mark on some of the fastest growing estates in Victoria.
There are roles is with TWO of my top land development businesses’ working on subdivision projects in Melbourne’s west, north & eastern suburbs, as well as regional – this role comes with flexibility to work on an estate close to home! Your day-to-day:
- Undertaking land development design & review, as well as on site checks and authorisations in accordance with Australian engineering requirements and relevant statutory standards
- Providing specialist advice to multi-disciplinary project teams and establishing & building client relationships
- Ensure delivery of project is meeting budget requirements and agreed timeframes
What you’ll need to be considered:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree or similar
- Exposure to subdivision design and construction delivery
- Accreditations of MRWA, SA1 & WA1
- SA2 & WA2 will also be advantageous.
- Understanding of the Australian statutory and regulatory requirements
