This inner Melbourne based land and urban development consultancy is fast becoming one of the most desirable consultancies to work for due to their strong relationships with the largest developers and their unique and flexible internal team culture. 
 
Your New Role
Reporting to the construction manager and working collaboratively with the directors you will be involved with a range of tasks and responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Liaising with a range of local authorities including VicRoads, Melbourne water to ensure permits and applications are approved 

  • Resource management and allocation for projects

  • Relationship management with internal designers, external clients and contractors to ensure smooth continued deliverables in line with timelines 

  • Observing the construction for subdivisions stages, Roads, earthworks, drainage points 

  • Sewer and water site audits - MRWA accredited 

 
What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experienced construction engineer level ideally from a local consultancy background 

  •  Civil Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification

  • Experienced in D&C projects across land development, sewer and water, earthworks, roads

  • Ideally you will have strong experience liaising with a range of stakeholders and be skilled in communicating progress reports/RFI’s across clients and contractors 

  • MRWA accreditation highly desirable
