Due to their unrivalled ability to negotiate new projects from their loyal client base, my client has engaged me to hire 2 site managers who value safety, have an eye for quality and wish to work in a positive team environment.

With multiple education, community and child care projects already on the go the company is growing at a healthy rate and provides many opportunities for career progression into management positions.

Whilst their head office is located in the vibrant inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne, they have opportunities to manage brand new projects in the South Eastern and Western suburbs

The Role
You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Administrator/project coordinator on all of your projects. Reporting to the project Manager you will be in charge of all site activities including:

• Managing and scheduling subcontractors
• Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
• On site safety
• Quality Management
• Run Toolbox meetings
• Reporting to the project Manager and relevant stakeholder

YOU

• A proven track record in delivering projects over $5million from start to completion
• An extensive understanding of commercial building practices
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Excellent ability to handle OH&s issues and resolutions
• Excellent reputation and references to match
• Leadership qualities and a great personality!
