My client have been operating in Melbourne for close to 20 years, creating some of the most interesting and talked about spaces across Melbourne. From famous chef's and their eateries to large Government department fitouts, these guys have been invited to build it for the past 2 decades.

The Role

Like most, my client has been inundated with job orders recently an are now on the look out for up to 15 Supervisors for immediate cladding replacement works.

Works are to include, the removal of hazardous cladding material, identification of any fire hazards and the reinstatement (erection) of new cladding to the building.

Works are to completed predominently in the South East of Melbourne, as well as some select inner city suburbs.

Projects are programmed to last anywhere from 3 months up to 12 months.

What you need to have.

They are looking for someone to come in with little guidance and hit the ground running. So the successful candidate will come from a Commercial or residential background with particular knowledge in cladding.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify all types of cladding material, how it is assembled on to buildings and how it is removed. You will be able to identify fire hazards both with the cladding product itself and behind it once it has been put on.

This is a specialised role, but 1 that can offer potential growth in the construction industry and can open up many more doors for the right person.
