About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager, the Claims Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of 5 project coordinators to successfully deliver the smooth running of all jobs within a designated portfolio. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Providing mentoring, training and development initiatives for direct reports
  • Ensure the team is delivering quality and timely file management with a focus on customer service
  • Ensuring KPI's are being met and maintained
  • Taking accountability for end to end operational performance of the client
  • Growing job opportunities for the relevant portfolio
  • Accurately forcasting and meeting revenue targets

About You

  • MUST HAVE high volume administration experience within the insurance construction industry
  • Experience as a manager or team leader
  • Shows initiative and possesses problem solving abilities
  • Demonstrates effective communication both written and verbal
  • Remains in control when dealing with difficult situations or changing tasks
  • MUST HAVE permanent work rights and live locally
