You will need to know the local context and be able to successfully navigate it while delivering successful projects while also bring your entrepreneurial spirit to the role and firm.
If you are an experienced operator looking to have more influence on projects and within a business, this is a team that would be interested in meeting you and their ‘breath of fresh air’ approach will be one that you will naturally gravitate to.
This remains a hands-on role suited to someone capable of leading and delivering on projects across the board for the team.

- Degree qualified in Interior Design.
- min 8 years of post-grad experience – ideally with workplace project experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven leader, having held a similar role previously.
Reporting straight to the directors, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to.
- Lead and shape the interiors response and approach to individual projects as well as influence the global approach going forward.
- Be client facing, lead but also be responsible for projects from concept design to delivery (very much actively on the tools – REVIT).
- Contribute to business focus and local office structuring.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Become the master of your destiny professionally and get involved with shaping the path forward for the business.
