They are looking for a passionate individual who has previous experience with custom or high-end residential construction experience to join their tight knit team and learn from the best in the business.

The Role

  • Manage prospective client list and assist with strategies for converting prospects into client's
  • Client meetings with the Project Manager
  • Review architectural and interior documentation for accuracy
  • Liaise with the estimating team to complete project costs
  • Attend client design presentations with the Project Manager and Architect
  • Assistance with diary management and coordination for the senior project manager
  • Process and apply for building and town planning permits
  • Updating quote documents for pricing
  • General administration tasks to support the senior project manager



About You
If you are the kind of character who takes pride in building top quality projects whilst delivering the highest level of customer service to your clients along the way, then this is the role for you. To be successful you must have;

  • Strong experience, 1- 3+ years working in custom or high-end residential construction as a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator
  • Sound ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
  • Fantastic time management, organisational and communication skills
  • Driven, motivated and passionate about architectural construction
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
