Area Manager/Superintendent

Our client is fastly becoming a leading civil contractor in the sub-divisions space here in VICTORIA. Due to numerous new project wins they require an Area Manager/Superintendent to look after projects in the North West. The portfolio of projects you will be responsible for will be up to $50mill.


Your new role:
The objective is to manage and coordinate projects efficiently, safely and within budget.

You will be working with a number of experienced Supervisors and PE's, all who have delivered large sub-division projects at the highest level. You will manage the team on some of Victoria's biggest projects in the North West. You will manage the delivery of projects - multiple medium sized projects - and so we require someone who has had experience running 8-10 projects at a time with a value of $1-10Mill per job. You will have a minimum of 15 years' experience; ideally someone who has worked there way up from Leading Hand to a Supervisor to a Senior Supervisor and now on to a role as a General Superintendent/Area Manager.

It is preferable that you will have worked for a civil contractor here in Melbourne as the company needs someone that can hit the ground running!
