The Role:
Working alongside the Architectural Director and team, you will manage various residential and multi-residential projects from the conceptual design phase through to completion of the project. You will be responsible for running the operations of the project and overseeing construction during the project lifestyle.
Reporting to the Architectural Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Design and draft building plans for bespoke residential and multi-residential projects
- Inherit a project from the design team and develop further as project requires, from Design through to Construction Documentation
- Lead and manage various project stages, from design, town planning, construction documentation and tender management
- Liaise, coordinate, and build business relationships with clients, builders, authorities and consultants
- Conduct client and onsite meetings and be key point of contact when leading a project
- Review site planning and development to ensure projects are complying with environmental and safety standards
To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you'll ideally have the following;
- High proficiency in REVIT
- Excellent understanding of building process, materials, detailing and sustainable systems
- Creative problem solving through design thinking
- Ability to successfully run projects and manage project teams effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with internal project team, clients, builder, and stakeholders
- Applicants must already have the right to work and currently reside in Australia
