ArchiCAD Draftsperson - Residential Builder North-West

I'm working with a residential townhouse builder based in the North-West. They pride themselves on being able to deliver no matter how small or big their customers needs are. Constantly striving to meet its high standards while delivering affordable quality homes.

Over the past few months they've realised they could do with adding someone as a senior point of reference to their current established drafting team (team of 4) - looking after product development but also have the ability to jump on production work when required.

Ideally this candidate will have:

• Multiple years experience within a similar role for either a MD or Volume builder. (min 5yrs experience)
• ArchiCAD software
• Strong work ethic and be self motivated, proactive
• Can work autonomously and unsupervised
• Be a team player - joining an engaging and highly functioning team

The main responsibilities for this role will be:

• Production Drafting (All Projects)
• Conduct all aspects of Drafting
• Implementation of Standards & Details
• Checking of work and Accuracy
• Workflow
• Assist Permits with Drafting
• Assist site supervisors and staff with issues
• Assist in general other tasks as required
