Administration Officer

Melbourne South-East Location

If you have experience working in administration within the construction industry, and are ready to expand your horizons by moving into a large family-owned Tier 1 business, working on some of Melbourne's largest construction projects; then I have the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day admin tasks
  • Prepare credentials for project handovers
  • Assist with tendering documentation
  • Prepare SWMS and safety plans
  • Provide support with employee and company insurances
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Provide support to teams within the company, through various administration tasks, coordination, and communication
  • Collating documentation
  • Set up company and employee profiles
  • Coordinate daily tasks
  • Support and organise project managers
  • Contribute relevant information to assist with the delivery of projects
  • Prepare handover documentation and seek regular client feedback
  • Running reports
  • Set up meetings and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with daily Ad-hoc duties

  • Previous administration experience within the construction space
  • Ability to stay composed in high pressure situations
