Admin Co-ordinator

Location - Inner City Suburbs

Role Responsibilities

  • Preparation of commercial submission documents, fee letters for projects on which the business is tendering The submissions will be a combination of templated and bespoke formats
  • Ongoing maintenance and development of the company's marketing collateral including Submission Templates, Sector Brochures, Capability Statements, Company Profile and other related
  • Management of website content and social media content including project updates, promotions and announcements
  • Assist with the development of Social Media strategy for the business including initial setup and development of policy documents relating to the release of content
  • Monitoring and management of registrations of various Tender Search websites and Portals for potential project
  • Assist with providing direction and supervision of all administration staff including the allocation of tasks to be
  • Assistance with maintaining our Projects & Prospects databases including data entry and management of Prospect number allocations
  • Provision of Executive Assistant services to the company
  • General office administration duties as required including relief reception, telephone answering and general

Desirable Experience

  • Be competent in the usage of key software related to the role including Adobe Indesign and other Adobe Design Suite Applications, Word and Excel for Mac and Photoshop
  • Experience at an engineering consultancy isn't essential but preferable
