Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Officer

The Position

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
• Efficient and accurate Data Entry of new jobs into system
• Daily receipting & allocation of payments
• Banking
• Production & sending out of invoice copies/monthly statements to customers
• Processing Credits and Backcharges
• Reconciliations (Customer Accounts)
• Debtor follow up of overdue accounts
• Opening New Account/Credit Checks
• Progress Claims for our Commercial Customers
• Payroll support for subcontractors as required

About You

• Must have experience in AP and AR
• 2 + years of similar local experience
• Quick to pick up systems and software
• Highly organised (to the point you may have OCD!)
• Fun, dynamic and team oriented personality
• Construction knowledge and background is highly favourable
