About the business

A nationally operated commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor that has been operated for over 70 years. With 70 full time staff they operate in both public and private sectors nationwide. With lots of work lined up they require a skilled commercial carpenter to join their team. The starting job would be a 4 week office fit out on the 12th of March with more office fit outs to follow.

A High End residential builder with a great work life culture require an extra carpenter to work alongside their experienced carpenter to help with framing and lick up and fix. Great opportunity for a 3rd year apprentice or a freshly qualified carpenter to join a fast growing business with lots of work lined up.

About the role

Both of these roles have the potential to be ongoing for the right people

The commercial role will include

• General fitout carpentry (Hanging doors etc)
• Aluminium Carpentry/Steel Stud work
• Dealing with Partitions and Suspended ceiling
• Plaster wall and flooring demo

Residential Role will include

• Framing
• Lock up and fix
• Will consider 3rd year apprentices

About you

• Reliable transport
• White card
• Own tools
• Cert 3 In carpentry
• Ability to pass a drug test
