About the Role
This newly created position will play a key role in driving growth, improving operational performance, and managing major projects across the business.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading project delivery, building strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities that support our five-year strategic growth plan.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people, projects, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across all facilities management contracts.
- Drive business development by identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee project delivery from planning through to completion.
- Ensure jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and performance.
- Support the Managing Director in achieving the company’s 5-year growth goals.
About You
- Proven experience in an Operations or Project Management role within facilities management, building services, or property maintenance.
- Strong commercial and business development skills — able to win and grow client accounts.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Highly organised, with strong financial and project management skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and building lasting relationships.
